This is an IICRC certification course. It is a one day course for new start-up or existing cleaning or restoration businesses. The course syllabus is designed to be applicable worldwide but is delivered in the UK on local terms. It is compliant with UK H&S regulations, trade associations and standards.

It covers how to deal with malodours caused by water damage, fire and smoke, bodily fluids, pathogens, new furnishings and chemical spills. This course is suitable for anyone who is expected to eliminate odour following the work they do for their customers. It is a course that supplements both the IICRC carpet and upholstery cleaning courses as well as the IICRC fire and water damage courses.

There is an optional two hour exam at the end of this course providing the student an internationally recognised certification from the IICRC.
